Vidushi Vijayvergiya's family has been hand-blending fragrances in Lucknow since the 1850s, when her great-great-grandfather Chhunnamal Vijayvergiya first began formulating scents for the city's royal courts. Isak carries that lineage into a modern eau de parfum and attar range, still using traditional infusion and distillation techniques for many of its essences rather than defaulting to synthetic shortcuts.

The range runs across two registers: story-driven eau de parfums like First Rain and Forest Rain, built around specific moments (petrichor, monsoon light through Indian forests), and a parallel attar line that keeps the older format alive for anyone who prefers oil-based fragrance to spray. Above & Beyond, one of the brand's earlier releases, layers bergamot and lavender over patchouli, rosemary, amber, sandalwood and lily of the valley, more structured than most Indian attar-adjacent brands attempt.
