Antinorm

The founding brief is tight and honest: Indian women dealing with humidity, pollution & heat don't need a 12-step routine, they need products that work harder so they can use fewer of them. Antinorm's initial four-product launch reflects this: a dry shampoo with seven ingredients, an all-in-one hair styling cream for frizz and shine, a lip treatment and a multitasking facial scrub that doubles as cleanser, exfoliator, brightening serum & moisturiser. All formulated for Indian climate conditions specifically.

The early validation is strong. Rukam Capital backed it before launch, rare for a pre-revenue bet. V3 Ventures also invested at pre-seed. Then in January 2026, Fireside Ventures led a ₹28 crore seed round, with both existing investors increasing their stakes. The brand won the Estée Lauder BEAUTY&YOU India award for Best In-Market Beauty Brand. Revenue tracking double-digit repeat rates month-on-month.

Honest note: Antinorm is 2024-launched, which means the SKU count is still small and the full range vision is ahead of it, not behind. You're buying into a clear philosophy and genuinely well-formulated products, not a complete beauty wardrobe. Seven new products are in pipeline for 2026.
