Nei Native’s bet is that ghee is a process, not a label. It makes A2 ghee from the milk of indigenous Indian cattle and treats the bilona method as a fixed chain: curd fermented with a live culture, hand-churned to separate cultured butter, then clarified slowly over open heat.

Batches are small, and the brand does not even out the aroma between seasons, because the cattle graze differently in summer and winter. It describes the granular texture at room temperature as a mark of the method.
