Setu Nutrition sits on top of OmniActive, the ingredient supplier that stocks supplement brands across the world. Solo founder Nihaal Mariwala, from the Mariwala family behind OmniActive and Marico, built Setu to put that same ingredient science directly into Indian shoppers' hands instead of just other companies' formulas.

The range runs from melatonin strips to a protein and creatine stack, priced from about ₹444 to nearly ₹6,000. Sania Mirza is both an investor and the face of the brand, and the press coverage runs to Vogue, Elle and the Economic Times.

Worth knowing: Setu sits at the higher end of Indian supplement pricing, and "beauty from within" is a slower promise than a serum. If you're looking for an overnight fix, this isn't it.

Best for: shoppers who want a supplement backed by real ingredient science rather than an influencer's say-so, and anyone building a skin, sleep or gut routine who wants to know exactly what they're taking.
